Duke of Edinburgh Cookery Skills

Lucy and Sarah offer bronze and silver Duke of Edinburgh cookery skills courses in accordance with the Duke of Edinburgh criteria.  These courses run weekly over a minimum of three months and include:

    • learning appropriate cookery skills and techniques
    • developing a range of menu ideas
    • understanding of ingredients
    • basic food hygiene
    • folder of cookery tips
    • prepared dishes
    • opportunity to create recipe book
