Duke of Edinburgh Cookery Skills
Lucy and Sarah are now offering their bronze and silver Duke of Edinburgh cookery skills courses for Spring and Summer 2014. In accordance with the Duke of Edinburgh criteria, this course runs over a minimum of three months and includes:
- learning appropriate cookery skills and techniques
- developing a range of menu ideas
- understanding of ingredients
- basic food hygiene
- folder of cookery tips
- prepared dishes
- opportunity to create recipe book
Course Dates for Silver Duke of Edinburgh:
- Spring 2014 Mondays and Wednesdays (4.15pm – 5.45pm) starting date to be confirmed
- Summer 2014 Mondays and Wednesdays (4.15pm – 5.45pm) starting date to be confirmed
